⚫ Important Information About the Tour Package:
1. All-Inclusive Package (Without Meals & Personal Expenses):
The tour package covers all government taxes, vehicle fuel, driver and guide fees, excursion tickets and taxes,
safari jeep rides, and more.
There are no hidden charges — the price you pay includes everything mentioned, from your arrival at the airport
to your drop-off.
2. Exclusions (Not Included in the Package):
The following activities are not included in the package and will require additional payment if you wish to participate:
Whale Watching Boat Tickets
Elephant Safari
Ravana Zipline Adventure Packages
Snorkeling and Scuba Diving
Surfing and Surf Lessons
And other similar activities.
3. Tour Package Categories (3, 4, and 5 Star):
The 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star labels refer to the ticket ranges for excursions,activities and hotel categories.
This helps you understand the level of activities included, not the type of accommodation.
4. Children’s Policy:
Children below 6 years: Free of charge — their tour fee is waived off.
Children above 6 years (on the travel date): 50% of the tour fee applies.
5. Train Ride from Kandy to Ella (or Ella to Kandy):
If we can secure train tickets during your travel dates, we’ll offer this unique experience.However, due to seasonal
demand, train tickets may be fully booked, so we cannot guarantee availability but will do our best.

⚫ Important Payment Note for Itinerary
To secure your booking, we kindly request a 25% advance payment of your total tour fee.
This is necessary to pre-book hotel rooms and other arrangements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for your tour.
The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival.
