This is a fully furnished 1835 sq.ft 4 Bed room villa on the first floor with many luxuries inside the city.

The First floor has two living rooms & two Dining areas which are equipped with AC
It has 8 and 4 seater dining tables.
All the four bedrooms are fitted with AC
2 bed rooms have attached toilets. The other two bedrooms have a shared toilet.

There are two washing machine in the kitchens.
There is 24/7 caretaker at the premises. He can assist you to get groceries/food or cleaning etc. His charges are INR 50.00 per hour and shall be directly paid to him on daily basis.

* We charge per the number of occupants.
* If number of occupants is more than 10, extra payment per person per night should be paid.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
* If you are coming with a driver, he can sleep free in the utility area and can use the caretakers washroom.
* This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there.
* We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days.
* If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse.
* Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once
