This is a fully furnished 2678 sq.ft 6 Bed room villa with many luxuries inside the city.
The whole house can accommodate 24 people.
It has 3 bedrooms in ground floor and 3 in the first floor.
It has a keyless independent entry.
The ground floor living room + Dining area is fitted with an AC and 12-seater dining table.
The First floor living room & Dining area are equipped with AC
It has 8 seater dining table
All the six bedrooms are fitted with AC.
4 bed rooms have attached toilets. The other two bedrooms have a shared toilet

There is one washing machine in the utility area on the ground floor, also another 2 washing machines are in the upper kitchens.

There is 24/7 caretaker at the premises. He can assist you to get groceries/food or cleaning etc. His charges are INR 50.00 per hour and shall be directly paid to him on daily basis.

* We charge per the number of occupants.
* If number of occupants is more than 12, extra payment per person per night should be paid.

* If you are coming with a driver, he can sleep free in the utility area and can use the caretakers washroom.
* This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there.
* We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days.
* If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse.
* Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once
